Clients are welcome to make as many requests as they’d like, but please note that these will be queued and handled one at a time, based on the available hours included in your plan. This approach ensures that each project receives the attention it deserves. If you find that additional work is needed beyond your current plan, extra hours can be purchased to accommodate your needs. Once the work is completed and delivered, the creative process and time invested cannot be returned.
